We used Mike to buy our house which we closed on in August of this past year. Mike is a Realtor whom I would recommend to anyone. Clients, associates, friends and family members. Let me tell you about our transaction.

We had a particular budget we had to meet. There was no flexibility. We also had a location we needed to be in for school purposes for my youngest child. Prior to our first meeting Mike asked me if there was anything he should know about. I told him to listen to my wife. She was the decision maker. I was along for the ride.

On our first day out Mike had a list of homes to show us. I think there were 9 or 10. They were all within our budget and in the right location. He arranged the schedule so that we could see all of the homes one after another. There were three potential homes but both my wife and I knew which one we wanted. We arranged for a second viewing the following morning. We then went to Mike’s office to write an offer. We had decided prior to this that we were going to listen to what our Realtor suggested. We had an offer in mind and when we shared that with Mike he indicated that we should make a lower offer. We did and it was accepted by the seller. Essentially we got it for less than we were willing to pay and we were able to get closing costs paid by the seller. In my opinion this was solely due to Mike’s knowledge of the market and his research regarding the property. We closed three weeks later.

What made our experience with Mike so valuable? He Listened. He only showed us properties wanted to see. He used his knowledge and experience to help us get our home at the best price. We truly felt that Mike cared more about our family than the transaction. A true professional.
